When you request a demo, create an account, or contact us, we collect information such as your name, work email, company name, and any details you choose to share about your business.
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, provide the GTR platform, improve our product, and — where you've agreed — send you relevant product updates.
Operational data you enter into GTR (invoices, employee records, stock levels, and similar) belongs to you. It is stored in your isolated tenant database and is not accessed by GTR staff except to provide support you request or as required by law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the address on our Contact page, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements.
