1. Using GTR

By creating a GTR workspace, you agree to use the platform in accordance with these terms and any subscription order signed with our sales team.

2. Subscriptions & billing

Plans are billed according to the tier and user count selected at signup. Module access can be upgraded at any time; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

3. Data ownership

You retain full ownership of the data you enter into GTR. On cancellation, you may export your data within the period specified in your subscription agreement.

4. Availability

We target 99.9% platform uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance windows communicated in advance.
